Transforming how teams communicate and work together

fullCIRCLE moves your business forward with immersive experiences and ongoing coaching for you and your team.

Meet Dusten and Kim Gratny

Dusten and Kim Gratny are the dynamic duo behind fullCIRCLE, blending decades of business acumen, animal expertise, and a passion for transformative experiences. Kim, a seasoned professional with a background in public relations and marketing, discovered her true calling in coaching and personal growth.

In 2016, she traded her corporate role for cowboy boots, blending her passion for horses with her expertise in guiding others through transformative equine-assisted learning.

In 2018, Dusten, an experienced animal behaviorist with ranching roots, joined the venture. Together, they blend generations of cowboy and entrepreneurial wisdom to create impactful, hands-on learning experiences that help teams grow.

Our Vision

To facilitate opportunities for people to slow down, work together with our trained horses (and each other) to build trust, apply proven leadership principles, and practice the art of collaboration and self-awareness in life-changing new ways.

Our Mission

To glorify God by transforming teams through life-changing, off-site, guided leadership experiences and coaching sessions that result in more effective communication, improved relationships, and long-term behavior change.

Our Beautiful Horses

Our horses are the heart of your experience. Able to sense a human’s heartbeat from four feet away, they mirror back what we bring into their presence, offering unparalleled insights into our inner selves. Horses are impossible to manipulate—they respond authentically, unaffected by titles or affluence. Their unique ability to reflect truth helps guide teams toward self-awareness, deeper understanding, and unforgettable moments of growth.

Magnum

Magnum is a registered Quarter horse who joined the fullCIRCLE herd as a yearling in 2023. He’s one of two breeding stallions in the herd and is one of Dusten’s favorites because he’s calm, respectful, learns quickly and always willing to work with leaders.

Fun fact: Although the youngest in the herd, he’s an old soul who acts the oldest.

Pongo

Pongo is a Quarter horse, 2005 model, and belongs to Cindy Kool, fullCIRCLE team member. He’s kind, gentle, patient and moves slowly. He enjoys eating carrots and apples.

Fun fact: He prefers Iowa’s lush pastures to the Texas forage he used to graze.

Cash

Cash is a Quarter horse, 2023 model, and belongs to the family of one of our fullCIRCLE team members. He and the teenager (in that family) that he spends the most time with are teaching each other the colt starting process.

Fun fact: He enjoys working livestock and is often the first horse to greet clients.

Atlas

Atlas is a Clydesdale/Quarter horse mix, 2023 model. Born at fullCIRCLE, he’s a gentle giant that’s still growing! Clients appreciate his laid back, calm demeanor.

Fun fact: He’s the Marmaduke of the herd.

William

William is a registered Quarter horse, 2009 model, who’s been at fullCIRCLE since he was a yearling. He takes good care of people of all ages and abilities which makes him a client favorite, especially during relationship demonstrations with Dusten.

Fun fact: His nostril looks like a mudflap

Yeller

Yeller is a registered Quarter horse, 2008 model, who prefers the company of people over the herd. His laid-back demeanor is helpful for his side gig as a trick riding horse at a summer rodeo Bible camp.

Fun fact: He eats anything – purple thistle flowers included – and bites apples in half.

Appollo

Apollo is a Clydesdale/Quarter horse mix, 2024 model. Born at fullCIRCLE, he’s the last offspring out of our beloved Joe. He gets involved in every client conversation and will be fun to see mature as the son of a cutting horse mare and Clydesdale stud.

Fun fact: He’ll follow anyone around like a pet who’s willing to scratch him.

Samuel

Samuel is a Clydesdale/Quarter horse mix, 2024 model. Born at fullCIRCLE, his aloof nature helps clients recognize the opportunity for humility.

*Note: You will not be riding horses—every experience is fully ground-based for the ease and safety of your team.

Frequently asked questions

Will I ride a horse?
No. All activities with the horses involve everyone’s feet on the ground!
How long are your experiences?
We offer both half-day and full-day experiences. For teams with 11+ people, we always recommend a full-day experience, as the bigger your team, the longer it will take to work through our activities and facilitated reflections.
Do we need any prior experience with horses?
No, prior experience with horses is not required! Our activities are designed for all levels, and no horse knowledge or riding experience is necessary. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Where will our experience take place?
Our experiences take place in Earlham, Iowa—just 25 minutes west of the Des Moines metro, conveniently located off I-80 West. It’s a peaceful, natural setting ideal for team-building and growth.
